Инновационность Экономики И Ценность Рабочей Силы

Abstract

Установлена взаимозависимость степени инновационности экономики и цены, ценности рабочей силы. Раскрыто понятие «ценность рабочей силы», определены его составные элементы, условия формирования. Дано толкование категории ценности рабочей силы, показано соответствие возрастных, профессиональных, квалификационных, физиологических, социально-бытовых характеристик условиям найма рабочей силы на рынке труда, отражающим конъюнктуру спроса и предложения на рабочую силу определенного качества. Выделены связи между ростом технического и стоимостного уровня средств производства и увеличением ценности рабочей силы под влиянием требований со стороны функционирующего капитала, его составных элементов.
