Abstract

В настоящее время на решение проблемы использования в народном хозяйстве России мировых и внутренних достижений НТП огромное влияние оказывает инвестиционный фактор. Решать проблему практической реализации достижений НТП России придется, опираясь на свои внутренние ресурсы. Здесь нельзя обойтись без жестких, далеко не популярных мер организационного, законодательного и экономико-финансового характера, имеющих централизованный общегосударственный характер.
