Abstract

В статье проведен детальный анализ содержания категории«трансакционные издержки», что позволяет автору отразить современный подход к данному вопросу. Актуальность настоящей статьи заключается в том, что она демонстрирует все аспекты, отражающие специфику и эволюцию трансакционных издержек всвете формирования нового типа экономической системы -экономики, основанной на знаниях.
