Актуальные Проблемы Функционирования Территориальных Органов Фнс Рф Как Субъекта Налогового Администрирования

Abstract

Практическая реализация задач, поставленных перед территориальными налоговыми органами, по совершенствованию механизма налогового администрирования осложняется отсутствием единого понимания и трактовки этого понятия. Кроме того, к основным проблемам в сфере налоговых правонарушений в нашей стране на сегодняшний день относятся недостатки в самой системе учета налогоплательщиков и контроля за их деятельностью. В статье рассматриваются отдельные вопросы исчисления некоторых налогов, наиболее часто выступающие объектом налогового контроля.
