Abstract

В условиях осуществления очередного этапа бюджетной реформы особое внимание уделяется вопросу повышения эффективности бюджета. Постановка проблемы эффективности бюджета страны для России достаточно нова, однако в других странах накоплен довольно богатый опыт решения подобных задач. В своей статье мы постарались обобщить зарубежный опыт и определить предложения для российской экономики.
