Abstract

Обобщая опыт, накопленный в процессе активного развития рынка купли-продажи компаний в России за после­дние два десятилетия, автор рассматривает вопрос неоднозначности трактовок таких понятий, как «оценка бизне­са» и «оценка предприятия как имущественного комплекса». В статье обосновывается необходимость разграниче­ния этих понятий во избежание неточности результатов рыночной оценки бизнеса и/или его имущества.
