Abstract

Статья посвящена новому разделу науки о рисках, в основе которой лежит спектральная теория случайных процессов. Спектральная теория позволяет расширить наши знания о рисках, дать теоретическое обоснование его оценке и учесть при расчёте характер поведения связанной с риском величины.
