Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям управления объектами операционной недвижимости промышленных предприятий. Выделены группы предприятий по отношению к объектам собственности. Приведены примеры типичной проблематики, с которыми сталкиваются промышленные предприятия каждой группы при управлении недвижимым имуществом. Предложены этапы эксплуатационной программы по управлению операционной недвижимостью промышленных предприятий, направленные на оптимизацию их имущественного портфеля.
