Abstract

Рассматриваются основные инструменты повышения эффективности бизнес-процессов в малом бизнесе. Основной упор делается на современные информационные технологии, способные оптимизировать управление предприятием. Предлагаемые решения доступны для внедрения в любой малой организации и не требуют значительных инвестиций. Кроме обзорного материала представлен анализ каждой системы с точки зрения сложности и стоимости внедрения и ожидаемых результатов. Приведен расчет стоимости внедрения и владения одной из самых новых в малом бизнесе технологий: облачной SIP АТС. Рассмотрены основные задачи, решаемые каждой системой и представлены рекомендации к внедрению.
