Abstract

Статья посвящена развитию редевелопмента как направления деятельности на рынке недвижимости в России. Рассмотрено понятие редевелопмента как деятельности по преобразованию объектов недвижимости и территорий. Проведен анализ причин формирования и развития нового для российского рынка недвижимости вида деятельности. Отражен круг основных проблем, с которыми сталкиваются игроки рынка недвижимости при внедрении проектов редевелопмента.
