Abstract

Статья рассказывает о проблемах формирования потребительского рынка безопасных продуктов питания с учетом современных систем качества. В статье приведены данные исследований показателей безопасности молочной продукции, позволяющие идентифицировать их с точки зрения безопасности для потребителя.
