Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы организации управленческого учета. Представлен анализ экономических показателей подразделений Челябинского отделения ЮУЖД и ОАО «РЖД». Предлагаются модели центров затрат и центров ответственности, разработанные с учетом современных экономических условий. Данные модели составлены с целью обеспечения прозрачности операций и обобщения информации для принятия оперативных решений руководством структурных подразделений Челябинского отделения ЮУЖД.
