Abstract

Налогообложение играет важнейшую роль в стимулировании деятельности предприятий малого бизнеса. Раскрывается проблема применения режима единого налога на вмененный доход малыми предприятиями розничной торговли, связанная с отсутствием четких критериев отнесения предприятий к розничной или оптовой торговле, что приводит к необходимости применять раздельный учет видов деятельности, а также двойному налогообложению доходов предпринимателей в части услуг, оказываемых юридическим лицам.
