Объектно-Ориентированная Модель Управления Логистической Цепью Предприятий

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы управления логистической цепью предприятий для создания совместных конкурентных преимуществ, подходы к управлению логистической цепью, дана их характеристика и классификация. Исходя из предложенной классификации выделены объекты управления в логистических цепях. Предложена объектноориентированная модель управления на основе выделения двух объектов управления: системы бизнес-процессов и системы взаимодействия предприятий цепи.
