Abstract

Экстенсивный путь развития экономики России уже достаточно давно исчерпал себя, именно интенсивный рост национального хозяйства может стать основой роста благосостояния нашего общества. Это может быть обеспечено только при использовании достижений технического прогресса, внедрения новых технологий в производство. И в таком случае становится чрезвычайно важным качество рабочей силы. Для измерения влияния человеческого фактора важна уже не только численность рабочей силы, но и такие показатели, как зависимость отдачи труда от возраста и пола, уровня образования и профессиональной подготовки. Соответственно, огромное значение приобретает развитие системы образования в стране.
