Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме учетного обеспечения бизнес-процессов, оказывающих влияние на непрерывность деятельности страховой компании. Разработана схема реализации бизнес-процессов страховой компании с учетом факторов риска. Выявлены основные бизнес-процессы и их риски, оказывающие влияние на непрерывность деятельности страховщика. Разработана модель учета бизнес-процессов страховой организации, отражающая взаимосвязь разделов учета страховой компании с соответствующими бизнес-процессами и их рисками.
