Риски, Ресурсы И Уязвимости Инновационного Развития Предприятия: Выявление, Классификация, Управление Ими

Abstract

Рассмотрены различные классификации инновационных рисков. Выделены типовые уязвимости для различных предприятий, проведена оценка связей между ними, проранжированы и выявлены ключевые факторы. Приведена, обоснована и апробирована усовершенствованная «матрица развития», построенная в координатах «инновации ресурсы», а также рассмотрена модифицированная матрица БКГ для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия. Предлагается объективное измерение рисков, ресурсов и инноваций с помощью обобщенных функций полезности.
