Abstract

Статья посвящена возможностям и проблемам применения теории реальных опционов в оценке и управлении инвестиционными проектами. Выполнен сравнительный анализ традиционных методов оценки и управления инвестиционными проектами, с точки зрения их практической применимости. Показана целесообразность применения метода реальных опционов для решения этой проблемы. Конкретизированы задачи по разработке метода, позволяющего избежать выявленные проблемы.
