Abstract

В статье рассматривается задача управления социально-экономическим развитием промышленного предприятия на основе формирования корпоративных отношений между собственниками предприятия и наемными работниками. В качестве формы реализации корпоративных отношений авторы предлагают внутрифирменное формирование и использование сбережений персонала. В статье излагается сущность и условия эффективности внутрифирменного финансово-инвестиционного механизма формирования и использования сбережений персонала, система показателей для оценки деятельности предлагаемого механизма и социально-экономического развития предприятия.
