Abstract

Исследованы современное состояние и тенденции развития компьютерных систем массового обслуживания и речевых технологий. Отмечено, что несмотря на научные достижения в области речевых технологий, компьютерные распознаватели речи еще не достигли уровня понимания свободной речи человеком. Показано, что при нынешнем уровне распознавания можно достигнуть устойчивой и эффективной работы системы с распознаванием речи путем настройки интерфейса и управления диалогом. Изложены подходы к повышению качества систем обслуживания с речевыми технологиями алгоритмическими методами
