Abstract

Рассмотрены технологии компьютерного распознавания и синтеза речи и их применение в системах массового обслуживания, а также технология web-сервисов, разработанная для практической реализации концепции сервис-ориентированной архитектуры. Предложена архитектура следующего поколения систем массового обслуживания с интеллектуальными сервисами.
