Abstract

Предложена экономико-математическая модель фирмы, содержащей в своем контуре управления систему поддержки принятия решений. Введены показатели качества и эффективности информационных систем (ИС) данного класса. Рассмотрена задача оптимизации параметров ИС в смысле максимизации ожидаемой прибыли фирмы. Разработанные подходы продемонстрированы на примере системы учета числа проданных авиабилетов.
