Abstract

Проблема рисков из-за человеческого фактора при решении практических задач управления посредством экспертных методов и информационных технологий рассмотрена как комплексная проблема, охватывающая весь жизненный цикл таких методов и технологий. Представлены некоторые модели психологического влияния «окружающего интеллекта» на качество решения управленческих задач, учитывающие риски. Предложены некоторые принципы и подходы, направленные на ограничение роли выделенных типов рисков
