Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы организации деятельности фирмы-посредника по продвижению прикладного программного обеспечения на рынке корпоративных продаж. Определен набор услуг и описаны основные процессы деятельности фирмы-посредника. Наиболее подробно рассмотрен процесс позиционирования программных продуктов на рынке: выделены группы пользователей, формирующих целевую аудиторию определены возможные типы покупательского поведения и потребительские предпочтения предложен подход к выбору стратегии позиционирования в зависимости от характеристик целевой аудитории.
