Модели Оптимизации Управления Неиерархическими Системами Корпораций При Межкорпоративных Взаимодействиях

Abstract

Дан анализ современного состояния теории управления корпорациями при межкорпоративных взаимодействиях. Показаны недостаточные возможности существующих экономико-математических моделей управления корпорациями, как иерархическими системами, для формирования управления интегрированными (неиерархическими) системами корпораций. Разработаны модели и механизмы управления неиерархическими системами взаимодействующих корпораций, основанные на перераспределении экономического эффекта взаимодействий.
