Abstract

В статье показано значение оценки результативности государственных программ в связи со все более широким использованием программного подхода в системе государственного управления, стратегического планирования и формирования бюджетов всех уровней. Рассмотрены проблемы и возможности оценки результативности государственных программ «Социально-экономическое развитие Дальнего Востока и Байкальского региона» и «Социально-экономическое развитие Арктической зоны Российской Федерации на период до 2020 года».
