Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема реализации финансовых механизмов обеспечения обязательств застройщиков по передаче жилого помещения участнику долевого строительства в соответствии с ФЗ-214. Приведены показатели регионального распределения финансовых механизмов по 15-ти городам с населением более 1 млн. чел. Особое внимание уделено финансовым механизмам обеспечения обязательств застройщиков, в частности, тарифов при страховании в коммерческих страховых компаниях, в Обществе взаимного страхования застройщиков, стоимости банковского поручительства. Представлен прогноз изменения численности строящихся жилых домов и использования финансовых механизмов обеспечения обязательств застройщиков перед участниками долевого строительства.
