Современные Направления Социальной Политики Фрг В Сфере Занятости И Безработицы

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам институционального кризиса политики занятости и последствиям институциональных реформ П. Хартца в 2003-2005 гг. в Германии, которые затронули рынок трудовых ресурсов и социальное государство. Показано, что результатом реформ стала коренная реструктуризация сферы занятости и безработицы, что при всех позитивных результатах реформ Хартца сохраняется острота проблем длительной безработицы и развития теневого сектора в сфере занятости, что ставит вопрос о реформировании сферы профессиональной подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров.
