Abstract

В статье рассматриваются условия развития авиационной промышленности в долгосрочной перспективе с учетом динамики закупок авиационной техники силовыми ведомствами, развития российского авиационного рынка, а также работ по восстановлению и модернизации транспортной инфраструктуры в российской Арктике. Поставлена и приближенно решена задача увязки государственных программ разработки новой авиационной техники и программ стимулирования развития воздушного транспорта, а также исследования и освоения Арктики как задача интеграции различных по срокам циклов воспроизводства высокотехнологичных типов капитала.
