Abstract

В статье исследуется двойственная природа административного ресурса, рассматриваемого в качестве, с одной стороны, структурного элемента системы государственного управления, а с другой - производительного фактора отечественной экономики. Обосновываются возможные методические подходы к оценке экономической эффективности этого вида ресурса.
