Abstract

В статье анализируются особенности деятельности расчетных небанковских кредитных организациях (РНКО) в России, их место на отечественном конкурентном банковском рынке. Обосновывается альтернативный подход к оценке их основных операций как субъектов конкурентной борьбы в сегменте расчетно-кассового обслуживания клиентов, включающий анализ кассовой и расчетной активности. Методика позволяет определить те РНКО, которые потенциально могут быть причастны к осуществлению незаконных банковских операций. С учетом эмпирически определенных диапазонов проведено исследование по всем российским небанковским кредитным организациям: определены основные проблемы, пути развития института РНКО, а также их возможное конкурентное влияние на банковский рынок.
