Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методологические подходы к прогнозированию развития электроэнергетики при заданном сценарии роста спроса на электроэнергию в условиях товарного и фондового рынков. Представлена динамическая экономико-математическая модель, в которой прибыль определяет эффективность и масштабы инвестирования в различные технологии электрогенерации, равновесную цену электроэнергии на товарном рынке и рыночную цену основных фондов (капитализацию) на фондовом рынке. Оценивается влияние возможного роста цен ядерного топлива на перспективы развития атомной энергетики до 2030 г.
