Российский Экономический Рост 1999-2000 Гг. В Региональном И Глобальном Контекстах

Abstract

В первой части статьи анализируются итоги экономического роста 1999-2000 гг. России (в региональном аспекте). Показано, что этот восстановительный процесс так и не смог переломить инерцию предшествующего кризисного развития. Для этого необходим перевод российской экономики в режим инвестиционного роста. Сейчас этому препятствует ряд факторов, включая пирамидальную структуру мировых финансовых рынков. В этой связи во второй части статьи рассматриваются опасности и возможные негативные последствия вхождения в мировой рынок на основе той структуры экономики, которая характерна для развитых стран сегодня, и обосновывается необходимость перевода самой глобализации в русло устойчивого развития.
