Российский Крупный Бизнес Как Экономический Феномен: Особенности Становления И Современного Этапа Развития

Abstract

Данная статья часть предпринятого исследования, предполагавшего дать по возможности целостное и непротиворечивое описание крупного российского бизнеса как экономического феномена, выявить основные тенденции и закономерности его институциональной динамики с начала 90-х годов по настоящее время. Вниманию читателей предлагается фактологическая часть исследования: описываются формы существования крупного российского бизнеса, механизмы и этапы его формирования, выделяются ведущие субъекты, а также специально рассматриваются особенности и тенденции, проявившиеся в 2000-2001 гг. В следующем номере журнала будет опубликована другая часть исследования, обсуждающая с теоретических позиций проблемы критериев выделения субъектов крупного бизнеса в современной России, основные народнохозяйственные и макросоциальные факторы, сформировавшие его специфику, гипотезы о их устойчивости и изменчивости в краткои среднесрочной перспективе.
