Научно-Технологическое Развитие: Формирование И Оценка Потенциала Стратегий Управления

Abstract

Рассматриваются возможности и условия использования инноваций и новых технологий для обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста в РФ. Анализируются различные варианты стратегий аддитивного влияния инноваций на экономику на основе технологической реконструкции обрабатывающих отраслей, предложена стратегия ресурсно-инновационного развития, предполагающая сокращение экспорта первичных ресурсов и энергоносителей с целью увеличения доли производства продукции с высокой степенью обработки в рамках полного технологического цикла и обладающая эффектом мультипликативности. Приводятся количественные оценки вариантов ресурсно-инновационной стратегии и условия их реализации.
