Финансовые Ресурсы Отраслей Промышленности: Формирование, Использование, Межотраслевое Перераспределение

Abstract

В статье исследуются особенности формирования и использования финансовых ресурсов отраслей промышленности. Показано, что уже с начала финансовой стабилизации (1995 г.) отрасли функционировали в условиях хронического дефицита финансовых ресурсов, рассмотрены важнейшие причины формирования этого дефицита. Автор выделяет и исследует инфляционный, инфляционно-долговой и долговой механизмы межотраслевого перераспределения финансовых ресурсов. Для каждой из крупных отраслей промышленности представлены количественные оценки привлечения потерь финансовых ресурсов в рамках выделенных механизмов перераспределения.
