Abstract

В статье рассматривается компьютерная технология ситуационного прогнозирования, позволяющая проводить прогнозирование социально-экономической деятельности региона одновременно по всем показателям с учетом отношений между ними. При этом прогноз является результатом эволюции исходного состояния имитационной модели региона на заданную перспективу при заданных сценарных условиях. При прогнозировании субъекты региона рассматриваются как агенты, каждый из которых имеет свою цель, ресурсы и стратегию поведения. Технология прогнозирования одобрена Министерством экономического развития и торговли РФ, реализована и используется Департаментом экономического развития и инвестиций Администрации Самарской области.
