Abstract

В статье обоснована односторонность исследований, посвященных проблемам развития химического комплекса. Исследована связь затрат на технологические инновации и составляющей темпов изменения выпуска, обусловленной технологическими изменениями. Предложен подход к народнохозяйственной оценке эффективности инноваций в комплекс. Исследована роль торговых и транспортных наценок в формировании уровня эффективности инноваций.
