Abstract

В статье развивается современная концепция больших циклов, или длинных волн экономического роста, увязывающая формирование и развитие циклов с закономерностями НТП. В основу анализа темпов и пропорций мирового экономического развития во второй половине XX века и прогноза на первую четверть XXI века положены авторские оценки темпов накопления и темпов расходования научно-технического потенциала.
