Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам долгосрочного комплексного социально-экономического и научно-технического прогнозирования. Раскрывается актуальность долгосрочного прогноза как инструмента повышения эффективности текущей экономической политики и политики рыночных реформ, а также как научного проекта, стимулирующего развитие методологии экономических исследований. Даются развернутые иллюстрации прикладного значения усилий по совершенствованию методологии прогнозирования, обеспечивающих привнесение экономических факторов в контекст анализа и прогноза неэкономических аспектов социально-экономической эволюции, привнесение неэкономических факторов в контекст анализа и прогноза перспектив экономического развития, а также учет особенностей описания объекта прогнозирования и постановки прогнозной задачи.
