Прогноз Энергоемкости Ввп России И Развитых Стран На 2020 Г

Abstract

В статье на основе однофакторной регрессионной модели по статистическим данным о внутреннем потреблении топливно-энергетических ресурсов и ВВП за 2000-2008 гг. выполнен прогноз энергоемкости ВВП России на период до 2020 г. Согласно полученному уравнению регрессии, основная часть потребления топливно-энергетических ресурсов не зависит от объема ВВП постоянный член регрессии равен 768 млн. т у.т.; а потребление топливно-энергетических ресурсов, которое зависит от ВВП, для 2007 г. составляет 214 млн. т у.т., или 21,8% общего потребления. Рассчитан коэффициент эластичности потребления первичных топливно-энергетических ресурсов по ВВП, который равен 0,17. Показано, что снижение энергоемкости ВВП на 40% к 2020 г. по сравнению с 2007 г. является трудновыполнимой задачей с учетом экономического кризиса 2008-2009 гг. и перспектив выхода из него в течение 2010-2012 гг.
