Показатель Реальной Добавленной Стоимости: Проблемы Интерпретации И Оценивания

Abstract

В статье изложена история концепции реальной добавленной стоимости и соответствующих принципов построения таблиц «затраты-выпуск» в постоянных ценах. Рассмотрена существующая ситуация в статистических органах различных стран, а также статистические рекомендации СНС, ООН, Евростата, Руководства ООН по разработке таблиц «затраты-выпуск». Дан краткий обзор экономической литературы, посвященной реальной добавленной стоимости и проблеме ее двойного дефлирования, а также приведены примеры, иллюстрирующие трудности этого метода. Проанализированы данные США о реальной добавленной стоимости на предмет выявления в них возможных несоответствий.
