Abstract

В статье выполнен анализ причин и последствий финансового кризиса, показывающий, что из-за отсутствия в стране четкой инвестиционной стратегии деформированная в пользу добывающих отраслей экономика не в состоянии самостоятельно выйти из сложившейся ситуации. Авторы предлагают разработку инновационно-инвестиционной стратегии, основанной на государственной поддержке предприятий, производящих продукцию с высокой добавленной стоимостью, а также комплекс мер, направленных на повышение потребительского спроса.
