Французский Опыт Сотрудничества Государственного И Частного Секторов В Сфере Высоких Технологий

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются механизмы сотрудничества государства и частных компаний в сфере научно-технической модернизации. Сотрудничество выражается в финансировании государством крупных высокотехнологичных проектов, направленных на модернизацию экономики и поддержание экономического роста, а также мелких и средних инновационных предприятий. В 2005 г. во Франции было решено видоизменить инновационные механизмы, что стало следствием доклада Президента и Генерального директора французской компании Сан-Гобан (St. Gobain) Жан-Луи Беффа «За новую промышленную политику». Были созданы специализированные институты финансирования, а также выделены 66 территориальных «полюсов конкурентоспособности», 6 из которых реализуют проекты мирового масштаба. Французский опыт государственно-частного сотрудничества в инновационной сфере может быть полезным и для России.
