Роль Рынка Металлолома В Решении Ресурсных Проблем Металлургии

Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка определить причины ресурсного кризиса в металлургии. Основой проблем металлургии стали особенности созданного в России рынка металлолома. Подчеркивается, что развитие вторичной металлургии является общемировой тенденцией. Позитивный сценарий развития отечественной металлургии на базе вторичного сырья предполагает наведение порядка на рынке металлолома и разработку стратегии развития вторичной металлургии.
