Abstract

В статье анализируются условия и факторы расширения масштабов инвестиционной и инновационной деятельности для повышения конкурентоспособности отечественного производства и задачи государства и крупного бизнеса в содействии созданию конкурентоспособной экономики, укреплению позиций страны на рынках высоких технологий. Исходя из опыта развитых стран, подчеркивается необходимость расширения набора внешнеторговых инструментов поддержания конкурентоспособности отечественных товаров и услуг в условиях присоединения к ВТО.
