Abstract

В статье автор приводит и обосновывает преимущества развития малого бизнеса для формирования устойчивой, безопасной экономики региона. Проводится мониторинг принятых законотворческих проектов, которые существенно повлияли на снижение численности субъектов малого бизнеса и спад предпринимательской активности. Рассматривается направление реального прагматичного сектора малого бизнеса, в котором региональная власть должна помочь само организоваться малым субъектам для обеспечения доходной экономически безопасной деятельности.
