Abstract

Стратегическое управление на предприятии является одной из важнейших задач его руководства. Не имея плана стратегического управления, деятельность предприятия не будет прогнозируема, направляемая только лишь несистематизированными внешними воздействиями и внутренними решениями управленцев. Являясь центральным ядром организации, производство в современных условиях требует грамотного спланированного стратегического подхода. Как объект управления производство является динамично развивающейся системой, элементы которой взаимосвязаны и взаимозависимы. Адекватная и эффективная деятельность подразделений требует четкого и целенаправленного взаимодействия с внутренней и внешней средой каждого подразделения, спланированного стратегического управления.
