Abstract

Успешность инвестиционного нефтегазового проекта во многом определяется способностью учесть и оценить риски, связанные с реализацией проекта, на стадии его оценки и принятия решения о начале реализации и финансировании. Становится очевидной необходимость в новых подходах к учету экологических и техногенных рисков при разработке проектов как для обеспечения безопасности людей и природной среды, так и для оценки эффективности инвестиционного проекта в целом. Предлагаемый автором метод учета экологических и техногенных рисков при оценке инвестиционного проекта повышает степень обоснованности решений о его принятии (или отклонении) и последующем финансировании.
