Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль системы высшего образования в повышении инновационной активности в регионах. Исследуются причины недостаточной реализации инновационного потенциала ВУЗов. К данным причинам авторы относят слабый спрос на инновации, недостаточное взаимодействие ВУЗов и бизнеса, недостаточный уровень интеграции науки и образования, слабое внимание к кадровой политике, и другие. Сделаны выводы возможностях раскрытия инновационного потенциала. Показаны необходимые формы содействия ВУЗам со стороны властей различного уровня.
